This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I'm an artist with a sense of humor. I see people in a different way. I make illustrations and comics featuring my friends in different situations. I have just learned Illustrator this year (2010) although I have a copy of it for almost a year. It was hard for me to understand using the software and there weren't any illustrator tuts for beginners. Unlike Photoshop, I haven't seen any community in the web dedicated to illustrators that are willing to help and teach. So I took an image of a Dexter's Laboratory scene, studied how the cartoonists behind it played with the shadows and highlights, copied the whole thing... then after few hours of trial and error, I was making my first original comic strips and uploaded regularly. The pen tool used to be the most annoying tool I've ever encountered in my life but then I got the hang of it and learned to love it as time went by.
My illustration style is taken from some of my doodles. ^^ I do a bit of traditional art, Charcoal is my medium. But I've been lazy doing other things these days.

Weeks before, I have expressed my love to someone who happens to be breathing miles away. I have gathered all my strength to do so. And I knew it was quite hard because we don't live in the same place, don't have common friends and don't live under the same interests. We technically were strangers. I fell in love, just like that.
So I have made a crazy idea hired people to serenade her for me.
See, I live in an average paying job. I don't have lots of money to travel and meet her in person but I wanted to let her know so bad... that I want to spend the next days of forever to get to know her better.
So I planned everything as a birthday gift to myself. Bought a long-stemmed white rose, just one, which, as corny as it may sound, signifies to me the simplicity and purity of love.
She appreciated everything.
But here I am right now living in questions... I kept on guessing how things went with her life, how she's doing, what impact did my efforts and existence made to her life.
I guess I will never have the strength to ask. 'Cos I fear that she might not answer. I don't want to displease her. I've just started.
